About Us

Tumaini Ministries Uganda

TMU is a faith-based, non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through holistic development. Established in 2020 and headquartered in Soroti, Eastern Uganda, TMU is committed to providing spiritual, educational, and practical tools that enable people to realize their God-given potential, reconcile with their Creator, and transform their communities.
Our work addresses the root causes of poverty, inequality, and hopelessness through programs in spiritual outreach, education, vocational training, environmental conservation, and community empowerment. By partnering with local churches, government agencies, and international organizations, TMU strives to create sustainable change and restore hope to the most vulnerable populations.
At the core of our mission is the belief that every individual, regardless of their circumstances, deserves the opportunity to live a life of purpose, dignity, and hope. Together, we are building a future where communities thrive, individuals flourish, and God’s love is made tangible through action.
