Tumaini Ministries Uganda brings the life-changing message of Jesus Christ to rural and marginalized communities in Eastern Uganda through dynamic evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development.
Evangelism and Crusades
We actively proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ through targeted evangelism and large-scale crusades in villages, schools, markets, and open grounds. Our crusade teams, equipped with sound systems, drama, and powerful preaching, draw hundreds of people who hear the message of salvation, healing, and deliverance.
Many souls get won to Christ during these events, with immediate follow-up to ensure new believers are connected to local churches. We also conduct door-to-door evangelism and community sensitization campaigns that prepare the ground for deeper spiritual impact.
Bible Study and Discipleship
Bible Study and Discipleship form the foundation for spiritual growth. We organize regular small-group Bible studies in homes, churches, and community centers, where participants systematically study Scripture and apply it to daily life.
Our discipleship programs focus on foundational truths such as identity in Christ, prayer, holy living, and sharing faith. We use simple, contextual materials that empower both new believers and maturing Christians to grow in their walk with God and become disciple-makers themselves.
Pastoral Leadership Training
Strong leadership is essential for healthy churches and sustainable ministry. Through our Pastoral Leadership Training programs, we equip pastors, church elders, and emerging leaders with biblical knowledge, practical ministry skills, and character development.
Training covers topics such as expository preaching, church administration, counseling, spiritual warfare, and servant leadership. These sessions are conducted through workshops, mentorship programs, and ongoing coaching, helping leaders shepherd their congregations with greater effectiveness and integrity.
Praise and Worship Events
Worship is a powerful expression of our love for God and a catalyst for spiritual revival. Tumaini Ministries organizes praise and worship events, night vigils, and worship concerts that draw communities together in heartfelt adoration.
These gatherings feature anointed music, testimonies, and teaching that create an atmosphere where the Holy Spirit moves freely. Many participants experience renewal, healing, and fresh encounters with God during these events.
Leadership Conferences
Our annual and quarterly Leadership Conferences bring together pastors, church workers, youth leaders, and community influencers for intensive teaching, networking, and impartation.
Themes often include “Raising a Generation of Leaders,” “Biblical Excellence in Ministry,” and “Transforming Communities through Christ.” These conferences provide fresh vision, practical tools, and spiritual refreshing, empowering leaders to return to their contexts with renewed zeal and strategy.
